Refund policy
At Kallivena, your satisfaction comes first. If something isn't right, we offer a simple, hassle-free return process.
Order Cancellations — Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@kallivena.com with your order number. After 24 hours we can't guarantee cancellation, and once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled — though you're welcome to return it after delivery.
30-Day Easy Returns — You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories. Restocking Fee: $0.
Return Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Products: free to return.
- Change of Mind: customer covers return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Email info@kallivena.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Repack the item securely with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Ship it back using the instructions in your return authorization email.
Refund Process — Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges — Email info@kallivena.com to arrange a quick exchange.
Order Not Delivered — Email us with your order number; we'll investigate with the carrier and issue a full refund or free replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
Non-Returnable Items — For hygiene and safety reasons, some items aren't eligible for return and will be marked as such on their product pages.
Changes to This Policy — We may update this policy from time to time, with a revised date shown above.
